If you need to purchase a 2021 Dog License you are welcome to fill out this form with your dog’s information & return it, along with a rabies vaccination certificate & your payment, to the town hall via mail or our drop slot.  I will then send your license & tags to you.  If you would like to come in person during office hours please call or email beforehand so we can open up the office for you since we are still closed to the public.
